Wyndham Garden Hotel - Jacksonville, Jacksonville

Arriving at the hotel, I found the location convenient, right off the exit and next to Dave and Busters in Jacksonville, FL. The room, however, had some issues with roaches crawling in the refrigerator and microwave countertops, which had to be addressed by the staff. Despite not initially having a mini fridge or microwave, which we were told had to be booked in advance, the stay could have been more pleasant if the bugs were under control.

Although the initial room we saw was not clean and had roaches, the hotel eventually accommodated our early check-in request. The service, especially in response to issues like missing chargers, was speedy and customer-friendly. The location made it easy to access major roads for quick travel, ideal for attending local events or funerals. The dining experience, though not extensive, was convenient with options like toasted bread.
